Stunning 180° Water & Mountain Views - Sleeps 8

Experience Seattle from this beautifully preserved historic Sea Captain’s home, offering sweeping 180-degree views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

Located just 1.5 blocks from the water and a few short blocks from iconic Alki Beach, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Alki Beach offers waterfront dining, beach volleyball, bike paths, and a scenic promenade ideal for watching ferry traffic and seasonal whale migrations.

Unbeatable access to downtown Seattle:
- 10 minutes by car to both stadiums
- 15 minutes to downtown Seattle
- Or take a 5-minute drive to the pedestrian Water Taxi, delivering you to Seattle’s Waterfront Park in just 15 minutes - steps from Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, Ferris wheel, shops, restaurants, stadiums, and a children’s park.

Pull into one of three off-street parking spaces, step outside, and breathe in the salt air. You’ve just arrived at a home thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Enjoy water and mountain views year-round from the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, featuring two islands and two sinks - perfect for group meals and entertaining. Two bright, sun-filled dining areas provide flexible seating:

- Main dining table seats up to 8 (with leaves)

The wraparound deck is a highlight—perfect for private outdoor dining, grilling on the BBQ,

The views are ten stars. The bedrooms are spacious. The community living space allowed for shared family meals. The basement had toys that the children enjoyed. The gardens and landscaping are beautiful. Excellent parking - we had a Ford Transit Van that fit in the driveway easily. Thanks for sharing your historical home with us!

This isn’t a house. It’s a home. So clean upon arrival. The deck is a great place to relax and to even see whales! Kitchen is fully stocked like you wouldn’t believe. The basement is stocked for children. The neighborhood is SOOOOO quiet. When we return to Seattle, I am definitely going to try to get this home away from home.

The only thing that could have made our time at this beautiful home better is if we could have stayed longer! The house is really a home in all the best ways. It's a spacious historic home with high-end finishes. Everything you might need is available. The location is absolutely stunning. And the home is spotless. Eric is a responsive host. One of the most thoughtful touches are unobtrusive QR codes in locations that might need more explanations. The codes open videos with instructions that explain everything. 15/10 would recommend. I'm hoping to visit again.
