1. No Parties or Events This home is monitored with security and exterior cameras. Any parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will trigger Airbnb involvement and a $500 fine.
2. Quiet Hours: 10 PM â 8 AM Please respect neighbors by keeping noise low during quiet hours. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable rental and an enjoyable Seattle experience.
3. No Smoking Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $300 fee.
4. No Pets Pet, including emotional support animal, is not allowed on the property since owner is allergic to doggie and cat hair. Violations will trigger Airbnb involvement and a $500 fine.
5. No Shoes Indoors Please remove shoes when entering to help maintain cleanliness.
6. Self-Catering We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). Guests are responsible for additional food or supplies.
7. Early Check-In | Late Check-Out Available for a small fee, subject to cleaner availability and same-day check-outs. Request must be made 1 day prior to arrival.
8. Trash & Recycling Please sort trash and recycling into the correct bins. If unsure, leave items inside and the cleaning team will handle them.
9. Lost & Found Take all personal belongings before check-out. If items are left behind, shipping is available for $100 handling + shipping costs.
