Book a hotel near Sheridan College, Toronto

"We booked a queen room with jetted tub. Arrived and our room was filthy. As a cleaner myself I could point out 100 things wrong with this first room. Brought it to staff’s attention and there were plenty of excuses but with me only being checked in a hour prior they had to make an accommodation. They chose to do so with downgrading the room to only a king size bed room no jetted tub (which is the only reason i stayed at this hotel) the second room wasn’t horrible. Just upset with the first room experience "
