"We had an amazing stay here. Staff were great and friendly. The pools were a treat especially the outdoor. Would be nice if the pool was cleaned a bit more with all the droppings from the trees and caterpillars in the trees. Was like swimming in a lagoon but it was still worth it. Only issues with the room was the patio door only had one handle and no lock. As such there was no way to close it if you went on the patio. The door was also extremely difficult to open. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you firmly held down the handle. Other than that it was comfortable and welcoming hotel and we quite enjoyed it and the area. We will be back again!"

"The hotel was in a very good location, fairly close to most attractions. The room was nice and we had a view of the CN tower which was a bonus. The buffet offered was always fully stocked and very tasty. One elevator was broken while we stayed and it was an inconvenience and delayed many people from getting to breakfast or leaving the hotel or coming back after an event. We also had the staff go into our room twice with the do not disturb sign on the door which was not great."
