This is our go-to place whenever we're in Springfield. We stay here regularly and have always had a great experience. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and wellmaintained, which makes every stay enjoyable. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool area is especially nice...it's always clean and provides a relaxing place to unwind. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they go above and beyond to make guests feel valued. We always appreciate being greeted by our last name when we walk in, which adds a personal touch and makes us feel right at home.
