Employees & overall property was average. Our room had black mold growing in the bathroom, exhaust fan sounded like a jet plane, toilet had urine caked to the under side of the lid, sink stopper didn't work so the basin filled with water & drained SLOW, linoleum was coming off the floor, bug carcasses were found, the TV was stuck on the cartoon channel because someone stole the eye sensor so the remote wouldn't change the channels, the window blinds had holes in them. When reported, they wrote it down & apologized. However, there was no offer to correct the problem. Expected more for a $95 per night room. Thank God it was just 1 night.

The hotel needs some serious updating. It’s all stuff that just needs to be done/fixed every few years. The floors in the rooms were redone, but weren’t really clean. Could hear everything going on outside (and I’m assuming next door to us but I don’t think there was anyone). Thankfully the fan setting worked on the ac/heater unit to help with those. Good things: beds were comfy and I love high pressure showers. Front desk and breakfast staff were polite and helpful. However, I would not stay there again. It was adequate for our barest expectations and needs.

Great staff - very nice. However, the pictures shown in the summary do not reflect the very poor condition of the rooms. They are aged, ceiling is stained and failing and not clean. I had to fix the toilet while I was there as the chain came off of the flushing mechanism. The upper balcony level concrete is failing in several areas and safety would be a concern. The bed frames look like "hideabed" metal pull outs placed over the top of what used to be a wooden platform of sorts. Pictures refelct a spacious carpeted room. These are nothing like in the picture and are a vinyl flooring. I do not recall whether it was mentioned that these are exterior room entries. Price was overly high for the poor quality of rooms.

The breakfast was very good ,hot and plentyful. A variety of hot and cold items. Except no bacon. Lol. Sausage though. It wasn't as clean as I hope after entering the room. But it didn't smell and the sheets were clean. Towels could be softer. But it was ok.

The staff seemed very friendly for the most part. There was a problem with the tv and the lady at the front desk came up and fixed it at around 10 at night. Plus we were able to do my husband’s laundry from the hospital without charge.
