We stayed here for one night and would not want to stay for longer due to the noise from surrounding bars/entertainment which went on until 3am. The room was large with a huge en-suite but needs to be renovated due to deteriorating/broken floor tiles. Could not fault the friendly helpful staff.

Terrible choice for our anniversary weekend. Photos looked amazing online but the reality was far different. Property hasnt been maintained well cracked tiles broken toilet roll holder and a bathroom door that didnt shut. Wood floors throughout meant you could hear everything so no privacy and meant a rough nights sleep. Lights on timers which we didnt know until they kept going out. Also be sure to have a physical card on you for check in as they wouldnt accept a scan of a digital and forced us to provide $500 cash for a security deposit. Had we been told when booking this was a requirement we would have made sure we had it rather than beimg blindsided on arrival. Staff were unwillingly to compromise or provide information about closest ATM either. Very dissapointed

A hidden Gem in the heart of the city.. Amazing service from all the super friendly team… Rooms were a very good size and extremely clean… Adjoins a number of amazing bars and restaurants - including the famous Mr Wong’s. Definitely recommend a stay for anyone looking to experience Sydney.

Staff were great. room size was good. Noise was very bad with little to no noise insulation between the room and very large very loud bar which kept going to 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday had a wedding with live band running to midnight and Monday had nearby building works. If the owners could improve noise issues the Hotel would be great. As is we are unlikely to stay there again
