The staff was exceptional at the front desk and cafeteria. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were very spacious and amazing clean. Everything in the room was on point. The rooms need to be sound proof though because I could hear the noise from the highway. Besides the noise from my room, everything was great. I enjoyed my one night stay. Pit Stop in Cicero

We had a great stay. A little bit of road noise but otherwise a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Cicero. Great staff - will return to stay when in the area.

I messed up and scheduled a day short for my stay. The general manager was beyond friendly and helped me get another room, even though they were booked it wasn’t the same room, but at least it was a room in the hotel and I didn’t have to change hotels. I will definitely be staying here from now on

AFTER BEING OUT OF OUR ROOM FROM 6:30 AM TO 5:00 PM WE RETURNED TO FIND OUR 2 ROOMS HAD NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO AT ALL. BEDS NOT MADE, TRASH NOT EMPTIED AND NO FRESH TOWELS. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
