My only complaint and it is minor is the lack of an exhaust vent in the bathroom. Considering that Tampa is a high humidity area this was very surprising. Breakfast was very good, the pool is not hated but still very enjoyable. It's closeness to the football and baseball stadiums is perfect.

Good new hotel but building material is very cheap. I can see this place have wear & tear really fast. No sound proofing anywhere in walls or floors. You can hear everything.

Great hotel if going to Raymond James Stadium

We had a great experience here. The hotel was super accommodating when we had an issue with travel. We were supposed to come in Friday night but due to a family emergency, we were unable to arrive until late Saturday afternoon. The hotel was extremely understanding, held our room for us, and we were able to check in with ease on Saturday afternoon.

The property was very nice. The only downside was that the room developed a slight mildew smell when the AC was turned off, but it stayed fine as long as we kept it running.
