Welcome to my home. This house is located at the end of the street in a small neighborhood. Very quiet area. very convenient location! You can find Movie theater, Malls, Shopping plaza, Restaurant, and Grocery store within 5 miles. Absolutely NO PARTY, NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Deposit will be taken out if you violate any of the house rules above. Garage is not available at the moment. ID verifications are needed upon request.

Host was very responsive with messages prior to arrival and there was clear instructions on how to enter the home.When we arrived there was only one wine glass and 4 drinking cups. Had to buy some at the dollar store. There was also a large crack in the front door on the bottom right panel. We did let the host know. I know instructions say to clean the grill after each use and we only used the grill once. The bottom of the grill needs to be cleaned as there is a lot of food crumbs lying on the bottom panel. Definitely a fire hazard. We didn’t feel that was our responsibility to clean. We did clean the grill grates after our use. Location of the house was great and close to everything. Neighborhood was quiet and had a great walking community.Would have been nice to have some outdoor chairs and a table for the outdoor Florida vibe. House was very clean on arrival and the kitchen was gorgeous.

The property is really nice. It has been updated and it is very comfortable and modern.There is plenty of common areas to visit and to eat together. The modern kitchen is very comfortable and quite big.The house was spotless when I checked in and well outfitted.

Great Little House

This property had a great location and was overall nice but did have a couple of broken items, a few of the drawers and cabinets have been damaged, and the the back bedroom has a tv with a messed up picture. Could have been from a previous guestbefore us but overall pretty gppd!

Feel a little short

The property was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO pictures. Everything, appeared clean and renovated.Unfortunately, there was an odor in the home that was extremely off putting. The owner was slow to respond to communication. They were apologetic in terms of our concerns but made no efforts to assist us remedy our concerns.

Perfect for our business trip

We were in town for business so didn’t need anything with a lot of frills. House was clean, quiet, spacious enough for 3 people and the right location for us. We will consider renting it again next year as this is an annual trip.

Loved this cute home! I felt at home while here. It’s beautiful, upgraded and had everything we needed. The host was so amazing! Kept us in the loop on the property after the hurricane and super quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful experience

The air b&b was a great option especially with kids ! The rooms and space was amazing and all The condiments were there to enjoy except there was no way to get access to WiFi otherwise was great!

Family visit in Tampa area

We have family in Riverview and Brandon is right near by! The house was bright and comfortable. There is a small park 2 blocks away and we could walk the neighborhood. You definitely need a car for shopping. Overall a really nice home and we would use again.
