Heated Pool+ AMAZING NEW GAME ROOM! +Grill! Room for everyone- 5 bedrooms

Beautifully renovated, centrally-located modern 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom property made up of a 4 bedroom house and a fully independent (separate entry on right side of house, converted garage) 1 bedroom apartment. Enjoy the epitome of Florida living with the whole family or all your friends! Featuring an expansive screened-in outdoor space and heated pool. Have dinner on the lanai, catch some poolside rays, or kick back and watch your favorite team in the shade with your cold drinks just a reach away in the outdoor fridge.

Your kids will never be bored with the packed game room! Duke it out with your friends in ping-pong, air hockey, video games, or magnetic darts. Smart TVs in all bedrooms, plus the massive smart flat screen in the living room for movie nights with the fam.

Dinner in? No problem! Fuel up with some coffee first, or grab a craft ice ball from the freezer for your favorite cocktail before hitting the grill to whip up some game-day wings! Not a grill master? Between the Instant Pot, rice cooker, and oven you’re sure to have all the tools you need at your disposal.

With 5 beds total, you are sure to have a super comfy place to sleep! In the back apartment with the 5th bedroom (has a separate entrance than the main house, to the right side of the garage. Cannot be accessed from inside the main house) we do have a sofa bed in the living room available for the 11-12th guests (not the kind with a pullout mattress, rather the couch itself extends out and raises up as you can see in the photos).

The recliner part of the couch in the main living room that is out in the photos, does not go back down. So kick back there and watch your favorite show!

Main house:
- Master king w/ en-suite bathroom & full second bathroom on first floor
- 3 bedrooms plus full bathroom on second floor
Back apartment:
One king bedroom + sofa bed in living room

Other details to note:
^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $100.
^Starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided, along with toothpaste in case you forget yours! However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products.
^Driveway parking for 6 cars.
^During your stay the pool cleaner, lawn caretaker, or someone else may be on site to take bins down to the street. After booking, see house manual for details on expected days. (Typically Friday and Tuesday)
^We are not in a flood hazard area and as such there will be no modifications or cancellations allowed outside of the free cancellation period, regardless of weather or hurricanes. If you are concerned or want to be protected, please purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.

House Rules:
-Absolutely nothing other than toilet paper in toilets, and no food or anything else in sink drains.
-Only the number of guests stated on the reservation are allowed in or on the property at any time without express written consent of manager/owner ($100 fine/night per guest over)
-Picture ID and working phone number must be provide to the host at time of booking
-Smoking or drugs of any kind is prohibited- reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by the authorities
-We kindly ask that our guests take care of the property during their stay. If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
-Security cameras are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Parents assume all responsibility and liability for their children while on the property and around the pool.
-Do not exit back gate by creek.
