Stay in the most desired neighborhood in Tampa steps to Berns Steak House, Bayshore Blvd, and Hyde Park Village. This totally remodeled home has two kings size bedrooms (1 w/ en-suite showier bath) (2nd with hall bath w tub/shower) with sweeping front porch, a beautiful open floorplan w gourmet kitchen w huge island, Dacor 6 burner stove, dining and living room, 3 new Samsung Smart TVs, new washer/dryer, off street parking, Molton Brown hand soap and shower wash, and much more.

This historic home was reloacted to this lot 2 years ago to make way for the Epicurean Hotel Expansion on Howard. Since it was protected, it had to be preserved.. that's where we stepped in. All new foundation, walls, windows, roof, insulation, sheetrock, AC, baths, kithchen, floors, plumbing, and wiring! Enjoy the charm of Hyde Park with all the modern conveniences.

Located Adjacent to the Selmon Expressway, but we renovated the house w/ that in mind, all new double paned hurricane impact windows, and insualation in all walls and ceilings, to block the road noise.

The house is great. Updated and very clean. kitchen appliances are high end. Both beds are very comfortable. It’s super convenient to everything in Hyde Park.

A Gem in Historical Hyde Park

The photos accurately reflected the condition of the house, clean, well stocked, and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood of Hyde Park. It is a 7 minute walk to the village with shops and restaurants. Within a 3 minute walk is Howard Ave with more eatery places. I feel very safe walking around the neighborhood. The host is considerate and easy to reach if you have questions. I highly recommend this house and would rent again on our trip to Tampa.
