Great price, very clean, staff are super friendly, but the hotel is in the hood, felt very unsafe whenever I left the hotel. But would recommend if you just need a place to stay.

Comfortable hotel stay

Hotel was kept clean and smelled clean. Water pressure in the shower was weak. But otherwise a pleasant experience. We would stay here again. Beware there are a lot of homeless on the streets around the hotel, but this isn't the hotels fault. We zero issues and felt safe while on property.

Good stay

Comfortable and quiet. We had a quick one night stay and were happy with the room. The bed was clean and the bathroom was as well. Some areas of the hotel were a little questionable and the area was kind of scary, bad neighborhood. Some homeless people hanging out around the property. But we had no issues from them during our stay. Also parked our vehicle for 10 days on the property and no issues.

Hair in the bathroom roaches on the floor and lots of homeless people in the streets and entrances. They were stopping cars peeing in the open and shooting up. NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL !!!

Friendly Staff

The staff was excellent and super friendly. The issues I had were with the room. There was some sort of musty smell as soon as you walked in and no amount of spray could cover it up. I also had to kill a couple of roaches in the bathroom. My allergies were terrible and I’m not sure if it was from something blooming outside or if it was from whatever the source of the musty smell was. The bed was comfy though and all the linens were clean. Not sure that I would stay here again though.

The room was expensive for what it was, the area of town this is in, homeless people everywhere! It felt dangerous ! The staff were very nice and inside the property was good, the room was accessible, the people stayed there were quite, the A/C wasn’t noisy like most hotels, shower has good pressure, bathrooms looked remodeled, because of the area around the hotel I wouldn’t go back but the rooms were okay, the breakfast was good

The floor we were own smelled like straight weed and a lot of it. We saw 2 roaches in the bathroom the room was ultimately clean but we were only there overnight before going on a cruise and wanted to stay close. I loved that it was close to the port but I wouldnt stay there again.

What a terrible stay. My family and I stayed one night before leaving for a cruise. We arrived around 930 after a 18 hour drive. We pulled in and people were smoking weed in the parking lot. Then when I checked in they informed me there was no crib even though we requested it at booking and called earlier in the day to confirm it was ready. We arrived at our room and found dingy furniture, water damaged ceiling, and it smelled like weed. The next morning, we had to bring a voucher to get access to the free breakfast and then when we checked out, there was a homeless encampment outside. Would never bring my family back here. If I was staying any longer, I would have left to go someplace safer.
