The condo had no tvs in the bedrooms. For a family of 4 they only gave us 4 towels for 3 nights ..i called for more towels and they brought us 2 more ..went to walmart and bought more towels . When we arrived we had no keys in the lock box and the access code to get thru the gate was the wrong code ..the directions they gave us was very confusing because our condo didnt need an access code to get to.it ..the neighborhood where the condo is located at wasnt in the best area .

The property was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The Instructions provided to access the property were clear. It was stocked with what we needed and my family had an overall pleasant stay. We would stay here again.

Best description of this place would be a cheap college dorm that is filthy. Furniture in the place is awful, all the fake leather is peeling off the couch, dining chairs, and worst of all the head board. Get crumbs of fake leather on the pillows and head when trying to lay down. The baseboards and walls are beyond disgusting. Never been dusted, pee stains on the baseboards by the toilet, splattered something on the walls and doors, dust all over walls and doors. Just beyond disgusting! People in unit above decided to run around like a heard of cattle till 3:30 in the morning even after management sent them a noise notice. Had to be out by 7am so that was fun. It happened the second night so decided to use the other bedroom until I pulled the blanket back and saw blood and urine stains on it. Parking is a nightmare and have to drive around all night trying to find an open spot. Text management about it and they recommend parking outside the gates on the street, so be prepared for that and 10 min walk every night to your unit. This experience was miserable and definitely ruined our Easter holiday weekend. Will never book at this place again!

Parking is non-existent

Great place but not the best for an in and out business trip, mostly because dealing with the parking is a pain. The last thing I need when I come in late from the airport is driving around trying to find a place to park, all the fire lanes were even full.

STAY WAS A NIGHTMARE

They do not inform you that there is not enough parking . We parked in an unmarked spot , not blocking anything , and We were towed , $350 and an Uber ride . Manager still has not returned my calls . We were there a month ago . When he did respond the first time I called he told me there was a shuttle that drives around the parking lot if you have to park Far away and there are Plenty of spaces . He was definitely confused there was no shuttle and no parking . Had just had knee surgery and was forced to walk a significant distance . Tow truck company told me that no one called to have. It towed . They have an agreement with the condo company to Drive through and tow who they want to . The sofa was so dirty you could not sit on it . The entire sofa had a huge stain on it , they were old and worn . No WiFi So I was forced to leave to work . They told me it was “weather related” and all WiFi was down in the area . My coworkers had WiFi . Not sure what weather they were referring to . Refused to give any sort of Refund until I informed them I was contacting my Credit card company . They grudgingly Refunded cleaning fee . Stay away , unless you don’t need to park on the property and don’t mind staying in filth .

The Pointe Condos has a gated entrance, feels very safe. the buildings are clean, keyless entry, spacious entry,and wide hallways with elevator. There is a parking lot that can get filled up and you might have to walk a ways to your building with your luggage, packages, bags or groceries. Beautiful condo, clean. With that being said we were on the 2nd floor and had a difficult time with a lot of noise from above. The noise would be mostly walking back and forth loudly and at all hours of day... early, late, middle of night. Makes a light sleeper very frustrated and tired the next day.

The pictures made me book but upon arriving, I had to wait 45 minutes to getting in because the number of the manager that was left for me to call was not answering. It rolled over to the operator and she had to walk me through and reassigning the call box for me to get in the lock box did not work the code for the door didn't work when i got to the apartment and they had a bad ant problem It problem, I mean bad.

We anticipated an enjoyable stay. Condo was nice and clean…but accessing the building finding the center to get keys etc was a bit of a problem….we could have used a map of the grounds and we would have known we entered at the wrong gate. The person we called was difficult to communicate with in terms of understanding getting in the building and finding our way to the club house. Don’t listen well and had loud music playing in the background which we asked to have turned off so we could communicate. Location inconvient.

Fin leilighet med store rom. Litt dårlig vasket før vi kom. Mangler en del utstyr på kjøkkenet for å lage mat. 2 av 3 ytterdører inn i vårt bygg var ikke låst, da magnetlåsen var defekt. Det er lite å finne på inne på området. Bassenget var fint.

The unit was beautifull and in a very convenient location for visiting family on air force base. Loved the kitchen with its good sized island, full-sized appliances, spacious and well designed rooms. Walk in closets were fabulous. Plenty of storage throughout the unit. The pool area had not one, but two pools (wish one of them could have been deeper). Plenty of lounge chairs and surrounded by gorgeous landscape. There is a great gym with ample equipment. A few things to note: parking is scarce on the weekend, there are no pool towels, and be on the lookout for an email about 24 hours before you arrive. Must complete a form before given the check in info to enter the property and to get key fob and parking pass. No one is around to help if you arrive after hours.

.we were super impressed with Barsala and the pointe. Nika and the Barsala team made sure everything was detailed for check in. The machine which held the keys wasn’t working correctly, but Barsala helped us and immediately assistance getting into the unit. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Very close to some awesome sights and not far from downtown. We are definitely coming back.
