Fantastic guest's suite in excellent location. Ideal for a romantic getaway or just for a business travel or vacation. All the benefits of a private guest's suite at a single room rate. It has a kitchenette, a cozy queen bed, bathroom, TV (Roku), Internet (Wi-Fi) and private entrance. Centrally located nearby almost everything (Airport, Buccaneers Stadium, Bush Garden and Adventure Island Parks, Zoo, Downtown, Restaurants and Beaches).

We create a special space as a suite guest, which is part of the main house but completely private and with an independent entrance. Pretty quiet and created for a relaxing stay.

The location of this STR was perfect! We attended an event at the Fair Grounds that ended up being so convenient. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the rental was clean and comfortable. It was well appointed with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Recommended.
