Welcome to “Casa Tortuga”! We invite you to enjoy and experience our newly renovated cozy vacation beach home! Our home offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with all the basics, a coffee station, dining area, a pool table, and extra sleeping space in the living room. Our backyard includes a covered patio, outdoor seating and eating area, and a heatedpool protected under a private lanai. Additionally relax and enjoy our outdoor pergola area, barbecue grill, and large custom fire pit area.

EXTERIOR
Casa Tortuga is a single-level family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a private lanai with a pool in the back! The driveway offers parking for a small boat or RV. The backyard also offers a pergola and a sitting area around a custom built fire pit.

LIVING ROOM
Upon entering you will be greeted by a cozy living room, a flat screen TV with ROKU to stream your favorite shows, two comfy chairs, and a sofa sleeper with a memory foam pad for extra comfort.
The hallway will lead you to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM
Features a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV with ROKU for streaming, a work desk/ makeup station with power strip to charge your devices, a private bathroom with a shower, and a closet.

SECOND BEDROOM
Features a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV with ROKU for streaming, and a closet.

THIRD BEDROOM
Features a twin bed with a memory foam mattress and a pullout trundle with an additional twin memory foam mattress, a closet, and spacious dresser.

KITCHEN/ DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig and a drip Coffee Maker. The dining table has seating for 6. Additional stools around kitchen counter for eating.

GAME ROOM
Features a pool table, a 70” Flat screen TV to view your favorite sporting events.

PATIO
Private outdoor covered patio with a dining table, a sofa, and a heated pool for your enjoyment in the winter and hot summers.

BACKYARD
Outside the private lanai you will find a BBQ grill, a pergola with a seating area and counter with stools for lounging while enjoying a meal and drinks. All next to a spacious seating area around a custom built fire pit to enjoy during the cool winter months.

PARKING
2 car garage, driveway (max 3 vehicles), room for small boat/trailer/ RV on driveway.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior RING doorbell and garage floodlight RING cameras facing out on property.

GENERAL INFO
Free WIFI (5G), keyless entry, central A/C, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, shampoo, trash bags, and paper towels. Few pieces of firewood for fire pit use.

Family fishing get away!

Hidden gem right here folks! easy access to home, wonderful layout and 'extras' allowing for a great time. We got up and went fishing each day until about 2pm. Came back to the house and relaxed at this paradise suited for all ages. The screened in pool, fire pit and grill area are attributes that set it apart from the rest.

Property is everything as advertised. The ambiance created by the hosts takes you right into relaxation mode. Loved the outside sitting areas. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Hosts are very responsive as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay
saved us from a terrible hotel situation!

After arriving to FL to find my hotel canceled my reservation without notifying me-I went on the hunt for a Vrbo. We found Jesus and his little property was perfect! Three bedrooms and bathrooms with a pool! Kids loved it-we loved it-everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend this adorable little house with a great outside area!

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house. Owners were up front about some issues they were still dealing with because of hurricane damage. One being the pool heater not working so we weren't able to go swimming. If the cold front didn't come through we would have been able to swim without it. They made up for it by leaving us everything needed to make s'mores in the fire pit. Well worth it. Will stay here again in future when visiting Apollo Beach.

Great Stay

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and smelled good. It had all the things we needed for a long weekend. Short drive to restaurants and conveniences. Spent a lot of time in the pool.

Home away from home.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The home was set in a great location and came supplied with everything you needed. It was like staying in your own home not a vacation home. The little kids were super excited about the pool and it did not disappoint. The pool table was a great entertainment spot for the teenagers. We cooked all our meals there, whether in the house or in the grill area and even got to enjoy s’mores by the fire pit. The entire family (7) truly had a great time here!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as listed on the site. The location was about 30 min from everywhere we went, I didn't realize how far out of the city it was. We used the pool and pool room, we enjoyed all of the amenities offered.

Great oasis in Apollo Beach

We were in town for a family event, and this charming home was the perfect retreat. The interior matched the photos on the site perfectly and we found it difficult to leave the pool and patio. Absolutely charming and we look forward to coming back when we are in the area again. Thank you Jesus!

Very Nice Property

I and my two adult sons stayed at the property for a few days to see some spring training games. Nice quiet neighborhood well located to attend baseball games at different stadiums. Restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible. The owner/manager was very good at communicating with us. Check out was simple, unlike some other VRBO's There is a very nice fire pit, as well as other in home recreational activities.

Family friendly home close to everything

Our family loved our FL vacation home! The pool and pool table were the biggest hits! But everything was wonderful. The house has everything you need. Nice Vacation Home

The house came with everything we needed, and was very clean and well put together. The pool was warm and crystal clear. The washrooms and beds were tidy and comfortable to use. Comes with some board games and a pool table to enjoy with family and/or friends. Would stay again.
