Did not use. However, NO HOT WATER! This hotel is constantly going down. I have stayed here many times over several years. Now I must look for a better hotel for my family.

Room was dirty (especially the bathroom…hair everywhere, gunk on walls and floor). Front door of lobby wasn’t working. Giant dehumidifier and tubing all through lobby. No toiletry amenities. On site restaurant had only 1 bartender and 1 server on a VERY busy weekend with a gymnastics meet at the attached convention center. Service and food were horrible.

I got there in the afternoon and shower water would not get hotter than warm. The next my tried to take a shower water cold. I reported to front desk offered me complimentary coffee. I will not stay again former Holiday Inn Express building.
