Book a hotel near Toronto Congress Centre, Etobicoke

"I was very disappointed with my stay. I arrived at the hotel at around 9:30pm & the check-in desks were very busy so it took almost 45 mins to check-in. The front desk reserved a room next to the elevator & I was fine with it until I got to the room. I have never stayed at a hotel where the room was so small. The room layout was very awkward and since I had 2 large suitcases, a carry on plus my laptop bag, it was hard to manoeuvre my luggage into the room. The bathroom was so tiny, 2 people could not be in that bathroom at the same time. The bathroom door opened blocked the sink, just horrible layout. The water from the faucet was cloudy & so I wanted to make tea but did not think it was safe to use that water and so I tried calling the front desk which took me 4 tries and on the fourth try, the phone rang continuously before someone finally picked up. The agent was cold when I asked if complimentary water was provided and just said no we don’t provide that & told me if I needed bottled water I had to purchase it downstairs. I wish if I was told that at the front desk when I was checking in since I certainly would have gotten a bottle. The T.V. remote’s back was also missing. The hotel is also under renovation outside. I will never stay at this property in the future."

"The staff was great, the hotel room was decent but the shower had little hairs in it left from prior tenants which was off-putting. Otherwise, breakfast was decent, bagels, cereal and cold hard boiled eggs. "
