Absolutely beautiful property! An amazing luxury for an amazing price! Very intimate I think only 12 suites, the pool is very enjoyable and deep enough for a good swim. Hostess on sight Stephanie is the sweetest and very accommodating. She will help with taxis into hotel zone. I would suggest renting a car though if possible the main hotel zone with the beach clubs is only 12-15 minute drive but the taxis add up after 2 days. You’ll have a great time at the property me and my friend got such good pictures and had a blast! Thank you definitely will be back!!!

Great property 3km from Tulum… facilities are upper 5 stars as well as staff. Would definetly stay again and a must go for couples on romantic trips.

I had was reserved for 2 nights but checked out after staying one not, getting no sleep at all. The white bed linen was stained, there was a bed throw placed over the stains to hide it when I checked it. (I have pictures and videos if needed) The hot water in the shower didn’t work. There was a tapping sound on the door all night that made me believe something/someone was trying to get in. Solo female traveler, I was terrified. Called the Hilton at 5am and was told that I could check in at 9am. I was there at 8!

After a long flight it was great to arrive to a nice, private, quiet hotel to recover and recharge. The staff were attentive and always willing to answer any queries. It was a pleasure interacting with the staff from front desk, kitchen and house keeping. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I a great solo stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and engaging. My room was clean, and comfortable. I experienced a soothing, relaxing Cleopatra Bath on my first night (spa service). It was so refreshing. Room service checked in everyday to change towels and make up my bed. I got a Mayan Clay massage on my last day in my room (spa service). Each room is a private villa with its own pool. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. The hotel is off the beaten path, but close enough to access the action in La Valeta. I will definitely be revisiting this place.
