CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow cancellations and offer a 96% (payment less administrative fees incurred by us) refund from the date of booking till 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days of check-in are subject to a 50% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to make a $500 USD deposit or pay a premium for Damage Waiver Insurance coverage up to $500 USD to secure your booking with us. This is NOT the same insurance that VRBO offers.
