Teodoro Studios is a part of a charming building that houses 15 studios and 4 lofts. The main entrance is secured with a code, and you'll find a cozy coffee area between the ground and first floor. The property spans three floors and features a rooftop haven with a pool, BBQ area, and a relaxing chill-out space. Our property and all units are brand new for December 2023! "There are minor differences in each of our new units. Size, lighting, and layout will slightly vary, the furnishings and layout are all almost identical. The photos showcase the design of our lofts, and your specific unit will be assigned a few days before arrival

Climb the stairs to the first floor, where you'll find a master room with a comfortable bed and ample closet space. Another bathroom ensures convenience and privacy.

All units at Teodoro Studios come with essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, and soap. Plush towels, including pool towels, are provided for your stay.

Important: Due to seasonal weather conditions in Tulum, particularly during the rainy season (June to October), occasional power fluctuations or temporary outages may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.
