Great place to hang your hat while visiting the cenotes, ruins, beach, and tulum night life. The free parking allowed us to use a rental car (which I highly recommend for tulum and surrounding area but make sure you rent from another location like Playa Del Carmen, too expensive to rent in tulum). If you don't have a car they offer free bicycles to commute to the beach, ruins and the closer cenotes. Wish they had coffee in the lobby in the morning but I was able to get some from the OXXO across the street. Most days there is a torta (sandwhich) stand on the street beside hotel which has delicious tortas, and the grocery store is right on the corner. Staying here you are close to a lot of conveniences as well as near the end of the tourist strip. Some reviews mentioned the traffic being too loud on the big window rooms but we stayed in one and had no problem sleeping. Rooms are big with high ceilings, air conditioning, good water pressure, and clean. There are sun chairs on the back patio common area for sunbathing if you are too lazy to go to the beach.
