Our host Lulu and Regina were excellent host, very friendly and accommodating to ensure our needs were always met and addressing any questions or concerns we had.The only concerns we had with the listing was when we rented the condo it advertised an oven and a dishwasher which was a selling point for us as we were 3 couples staying for 5 weeks and the condo had neither. We contacted our host and asked for an air fryer/ toaster oven and within 2 hours we had one. The washing machine was not working for our entire stay but Lulu was very good at coming and getting our laundry to do at no charge which we appreciated. The dryer did work.We had maid service once a week and clean bedding once every two weeks which we did not realize was included in our booking.We enjoyed the pool and also the roof top patio with small pool but more outdoor furniture would have been nice as there was not enough for 6 of us to sit together and the condo advertises for up to 8 people.The condo is 1/2 way between the town of Tulum and the beach which is 40 to 45 min walk each way or a rental is needed or cabs are always available.Over all we did enjoy our stay.
