We are offering you a third option: welcome to our incredible Condo Selva Norte, the only one truly nestled in the heart of the jungle. Dreaming of waking up to the sound of birds and breathing in pure and fresh air of nature ? This vibrant atmosphere is made for you !

Our condo is a true haven of peace. Once you get here, you never want to leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and slightly bohemian. On-site, you’ll have a supermarket, a fashion shop, and good mexican restaurant. You’ll will also be enjoying all the relaxation areas: swimming pools, solarium deck, coworking space, kids playground, fitness center, yoga area, a hammock zone, and even two natural cenotes. This condo is a closed area, completely secure with numerous surveillance cameras and security personnel ready to assist you 24/7.

APARTMENT
This is a 1140 ft² apartment that features magnificent spaces with large sliding glass doors. When you open them onto our 160 ft² balconies, you’ll feel perfectly harmonized with the surrounding jungle. Natural light floods each room throughout the day.

The decorations are unique and handmade by Mayan artisans, adding an authentic local touch to your stay. Additionally, the furniture is made of “tzalam,” an exotic wood from Tulum’s region. That creates a direct connection with the sourrounding nature of Yucatan: inside this apartment is like outside, dark wood and white sediment floor.

We have ensured to maximize your comfort by considering every detail. Our fiber-optic internet connection for instance is extremely fast, allowing you to work remotely or stream any content without issues. Safe parking spaces are always available. This apartment is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioners, and 5 sets of Bluetooth speakers distributed in every room, including in the bathrooms. As a bonus, we provide a projector for the entertainment of both young and old. As you picture yourself, you will only need to unpack to fully enjoy your stay.

The master suite is completely independent, with its own entrance, king size bed and private bathroom. The other bedroom shares a bathroom and balcony with the rest of the apartment. In each bedroom, you’ll find hanging bedside tables, large closets, and a flat-screen TV. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and all necessary accessories such as hygiene products, bath towels, and hairdryers. The water is hot, and the pressure is strong thanks to the new equipment throughout the apartment.

ROOFTOP The three-level structure accommodates a dozen apartments and boasts an expansive rooftop terrace spanning over 400 m² (4305 ft²). It provides awe-inspiring panoramic views stretching across kilometers of jungle. For those willing to embrace the early hours, we highly recommend ascending to witness the sunrise casting its gentle glow upon the encircling tropical wildlife in a 360-degree panorama. This is truly an extraordinary encounter !

The rooftop is thoughtfully outfitted with four compact pools, along with an array of hammocks, charming traditional thatched-roof huts, known as “palapas” in Spanish, cozy lounge sections complete with sofas and coffee tables, and a dedicated barbecue zone with tables and chairs.
