Book a hotel near University of Nevada, Las Vegas

"Property is showing a lot of wear and tear. Staff I interacted with were all lovely, however, it's very much a "machine" when it comes to check in and everyone is pushed to use mobile kiosks. Actual room had a lot of wear and tear but garden view was very quiet outside of pool hours and whatever party they are trying to start. Shower had great water pressure but impossible to not get water everywhere. When I asked housekeeping about it, they brought a shower curtain that helped but unsure why it wasn't there to begin. Check out via a kiosk printed a blank piece of paper and the email folio was unreadable. Asked for a clear copy but have yet to receive it. "

"First room we got was on nain floor. Terrible. Looked like someine slept in the bed. Upgraded to a suite which was nice but we gad no running water 1am - 6am. "

"The room was nice and clean. The towels were horrible - very rough and hard. The bathroom and entry lights had a horrible flicker so you felt like you were in a horror movie. The remote controller didn't work and I have to say that the maintenance guy was SUPER good - he came quickly, called to check back on us and then returned again when the remote still didn't work. He stayed until it was fixed. He was great. As for the front desk staff - horrible attitudes. Called to say we couldn't see our bill and was rudely told that the system would reboot in 1 hr and then hung up. The system did not reboot and we never were able to see our bill from the TV. When we checked in the gal had zero personality - not even a welcome or a simple smile. Just tossed the keys at us...seriously the front desk staff was just the most unprofessional, soulless group..."
