We had a pleasant experience at this hotel, it was clean and well organized, felt really warm and welcoming. The location was what really made the experience good as it was close to everything we needed, and the train is a min walk which was is convenient if you’re trying to get around with a car. Great hotel.

This Hyatt Metrotown hotel is brand-new so it looks pristine (and even smells) like a very new and modern building!! The rooms feel like a modern condo with wraparound windows offering panoramic views!

Amazing views and super luxurious room. Beautiful backlighting on bed. Convenient multiple outlet and usb outlets on top of floating nightstands. Really cool carpet in common hallways to suites. Staff were super friendly and kind.

Room was clean, hotel is nearly new. The nearby Skytrain was loud and frequent. You eventually drone it out. Not much common space. Discrepancy on checkout time. Sign on back of room door says 12 AM but front desk / housekeeping were pushing 11 AM.
