Room was clean staff nice but room keys kept not working. Spa (the number one reason I chose it) was clean but the whirlpool jets were weak, the sauna wasn’t working, and the steam room temperature wasn’t close to being hot enough. The pool was nice. The area was very clean. If viana fixed the spa things I mentioned they would have a special place. But it was a dud. Sorry.

They were very apologetic about it and the staff were overall courteous and helpful. The location is a strange industrial like part on Long Island - doesn’t lend itself for any particularly nice views, but it is centrally located
