Looking for a family vacation resort with lots of amenities and near the action? We've combined a two-bedroom downstairs condo unit and a two-bedroom upstairs condo unit into a large 2460 sq. ft. four bedroom townhouse. Enjoy two king size master suites, queen and twin bed guest units and two kitchens and dining rooms. Four full bathrooms. The two living areas each have fireplaces, and each has a sleeper sofa. Prepare those family meals in two well-appointed kitchens each equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils.
Only minutes from area shopping, dining and attractions, including Busch Gardens.

Beautiful townhouse on a Hilton Resort! Everyone was so accommodating & friendly, the townhome was perfect for our large family (9 people) and the VRBO host was great at communicating and making us feel welcomed! We will definitely be back! Thank you for all the fun! 10 out of 10!

Great place, great location, family friendly and lots of things to do on and off premises. Went with my 2 girl friends and all of our kids and had a blast! 11 in total and we were all very comfortable the beds are amazing, clean, nice staff, easy to communicate with. Will book again.

Exactly what it says it is

About 20 minutes to walking & colonial Williamsburg, 20 to Busch Gardens. Very clean. It was really warm when we arrived but cooled down well enough (the upstairs more effectively than the downstairs but both were pleasant). This is a Hilton run resort and it was a gorgeous property with lots to do on its campus (indoor pool, mini golf, walking grounds, gym, fishing, etc etc). The kitchens were well enough appointed. Make sure you bring salt and pepper as they weren't included with the "basics." I wish we had built in a "home" day for our vacation to further enjoy the resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

The grounds of property are beautifully maintained and larger than expected. There was plenty of outdoor activities for the kids. We did not use the indoor pool, but did peak inside and it would have been perfect for a swim or pool party. We had breakfast at the Grill and the food was good with generous portions. The staff was very friendly and engaging. Our units were specious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The ktchens were well appointed. The location was great as Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Merchants Square and Busch Gardens were all short driving distances from the resort. We had a great time!

Birthday Celebration

Everything was great except the only complaint that I have is it was full of gnats. I couldn’t put my food out because of them. The place was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again. I reported the gnats to the maintenance man but they couldn’t spray because we were already there. We sprayed bug spray but they kept coming. I reported again to the front desk during check out. I hope they take care of it for the next guest. Overall it was a great weekend.
