The listing is as advertised, two bedroom basement suite with a bathroom and living space. A few items I would change so take these as suggestions. There is a way to keep the basement from being so cold while making sure your upstairs remains cool for the summer. Perhaps blocking off the air vents, something but I love the cold, this was a little extreme. The cold temp left things like the towels used for showers to remain wet all the time. Find a way to reduce the cold. Also perhaps block off the connecting door leading to the upstairs to reduce the cooking odors that permeate the basement. We put a towel in front of the door and it greatly reduced it. Just a couple of small suggestions to go along with a very nice little place to hang your hat for a few days. Location is nice, neighborhood is safe and clean with a number of restaurants close by. We would rent again.
