I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was in poor condition. The blanket on the bed was dirty and ripped, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning unit was full of dust, which caused my son to cough and sneeze throughout the night. To make matters worse, the toilet was in terrible shape and appeared to be falling apart. I paid over $400 for this stay, and it was far from worth it. I brought my concerns to both the manager and hotel staff, but instead of offering a refund or meaningful solution, the manager simply sent housekeeping to replace the ripped blanket and provide new towels which did not resolve the underlying issues. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Room was average, I'm from the state capital so the Quality Inn's that i normally stay at are alot different from this one. I only needed the room to dleep as i was in town to visit family. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on my desk. I had no food out at all. That was definitely a first for me while staying at a hotel, so i was a bit surprised.

It is a very good hotel in a convienient location at a good price. I still don't understand or like, however, that they don't clean your room, bring clean towels or coffee packets.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. I’m very surprised that Expedia recommends this place on their app. Expedia might want to reconsider listing this Quality Inn. If you really care about my review, send someone out here to check it out.
