"The check in process was a nightmare. Long lines and the kiosk ran out of room keys. The hotel is under construction and is a decent place to stay but definitely needs an upgrade to stay modern. Room was clean, most of the staff was pleasant and helpful."

"The stay itself was nice. Staff was excellent and attentive. The issue was the outdated aspects of the hotel. My floor had visquene covering missing pieces of wall. The AC unit was super old and did not keep the room as cold as I like. The technology (tv, wifi, clock/phone) was extremely outdated and super slow."

And I’m certain that because it’s more lively/popular the cleanliness of it has gone down a notch. The room was dusty and overall felt a bit unsanitary, but overall the property itself was lively and continues to have the best dining options and its own Starbucks inside. "
