I liked the walk in shower, however the shower head was a bit loose and leaked water to the side leaving the entire restroom floor wet. The "hot tub" was colder than the pool water. Upon mentioning it to front desk staff member, the timer for the jets was turned on w the promise that it was going to heat up. 30 min later the water was still cold. There was no remote for the tv in the room!! What an inconvenience!! Pay a few extra bucks and stay in a better place!

I was pleasantly surprised at the room comfort at this location. Bed was one of best I've ever slept in. Room was a very good size but the shower curtain was too short and very inadequate for keeping the spray in the tub. The hotel is just off the highway and main road, so noise is an issue. Staff were professional.

Assigned room that was still being cleaned, tv was unplugged & cord didn't reach outlet (person at front desk had to unplug holiday decorations to give me extension cord so I could plug it in. Unsecured WiFi, phone also unplugged & then didn’t t work, room felt kind of dingy & was noisy.

Not the best night stay.

The lady at the counter was not properly trained and should not have been by her self. She tried but took over 30 mins to get us checked in. The bed covers had a heavy chemical smell which made them un usable cause they would cause me to cough. Breakfast time they were out of basic items like plates.
