Host (Sam) was awesome! Location by olde town can't be beat! We were very comfortable in the home and the kitchen was fully equipped! Plenty of parking if you have a car and a secured gate. Had a wonderful stay!

My stay in Albuquerque at this location was amazing!! The property was super cute, functional and clean. It surpassed all my expectations. I was traveling with my Sister and my pet dog. The property was super comfortable, we were able to get an excellent night’s rest. The location was perfectly located and easy to access. The off street parking made loading and loading our stuff simple and secure. The backyard was perfect for my dog as well as totally cute to enjoy the cool evening. My wife and I rented the cottage to meet our mother in law for vacation. We were all impressed with the cottage, cleanliness, supplies provided, location in close proximity to Old Town and especially the host and his communication and detailed instructions. Well worth the price. I'll be renting from Sam again if timing allows

Location was great - definitely had everything we needed.There was a bit of an odor (but I can be super sensitive) at check in - I mopped a bit with vinegar and didn't notice after. Neighbors are re-roofing neighboring house - but sooo quiet at night, which I didn't expect. Felt like a real vacation and will recommend & stay again.

I rented this home for a month to escape the Midwest winter, explore a new part of the country, and attend a nearby business conference—and it was a great choice all around.The house itself is charming and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was incredibly convenient for my conference, and during my downtime, everything I wanted to see and do around Albuquerque felt easily accessible.One of the unexpected highlights was the backyard. My dog, Louise, absolutely loved soaking up the sun out there, and I appreciated having a fully fenced space where I knew she was safe.During my stay, my son and granddaughter came to help with the conference, and I also hosted a visiting friend. The house handled it all comfortably—it was wonderful to have enough space for everyone without feeling crowded.As someone who enjoys cooking, I was especially pleased with the kitchen setup. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, including quality cookware (which is not always a given in rentals).Sam was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions that came up.All in all, this was a comfortable, well-located home with thoughtful amenities and a great host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property was fabulous! We will want to stay again in the near future. The fenced yard was perfect for our small dog, there were no places he could get out of the yard at. Although we did not cook this time out, we noted how clean the kitchen was and how it had everything you could need to prepare any type of meal.We were really impressed.

This is an excellent Southwest style home on a quiet street but within walking distance of a weeks worth of activities. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dinnerwear, and the pantry has plenty of the little things that you might forget to bring if you're cooking. The host is friendly, has a good attitude and excellent communication. This property checks all the boxes for a 5 star stay.

Communication with our host was great from start to finish. The property is gated, gave us security during our stay. The backyard is big enough for families with kids. We brought our pet dog and he had a good area to run around in. The entire home was clean and organized. Loved the location as well. Walking distance to Old Town shops. Definitely recommend!
