Excellent accommodations, start to finish! Staff is very helpful, courteous, professional. Room was superb. Great shower! Excellent Breakfast! The traffic situation in Albuquerque always is just a mess all the way around; never-ending road construction, congestion, etc. Makes getting to the hotel from the airport pretty challenging; but the room & helpful staff provided a very comfortable safe harbor!

Only complaint we had was sleeping on a worn out mattress. My wife and I both kept rolling to the center of the bed due to the severe depression in the middle. On the secong night I gave up and moved to the couch.

The Albuquerque hotel was very nice. The facility was clean, everything was in good condition, the room I had was spacious and all the staff I encountered were polite and professional. About the only thing I can think of that wasn't ideal is how they mounted the TV. It was attached to an exterior wall in the middle of the room. The swivel it was on didn't rotate enough though, it needed to have 90 degrees of travel for it to be fully viewable from the couch or the bed (both of which were on opposite sides of the room). I'm not sure it had even 45 degrees of travel, that made viewing a bit challenging. Other than that, everything about my stay was pleasant.

The room was so spacious and the TV was huge. Very comfortable couch and chair along with a very long desk where my wife and I could both set up our laptops. I wish we could take this hotel with us!
