The uptown location is very convenient to walking and shopping. The hotel itself is outdated and needs a deep cleaning. The room was noisy and dingy. The breakfast was typical. With so many places to stay in this area for the same price I would not stay here again.

Room’s ceiling had water damage in two places. No shower gel in bath. Manager had a bad attitude. Outside workers blocked my car from departing after check out for an hour. No notice given that parking in that particular part of property would cause that delay.

I enjoyed my stay, but the room was not as clean as I would desire. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was peaceful and well situated. I would stay again.

The room was cold. I called downstairs to see if I could make the room warmer. However I was told by the clerk they didn’t know how to work the thermostat. I was traveling with my five year old. We had to sleep in our jackets.
