We were in town for a medical procedure. I chose this place because of a great experience in a previous stay for a conference. Check-in was great then we got to the room and it smelled like sewage, they sent maintenance who said he couldn’t smell it. We left the balcony door opened and went to the pool, my husband was turn away cause he had a beer can, when we finally got in after a pool check in process, the water in the pool was ice cold. After swimming, had to walk back soaked, wet , dripping and freezing because towel police would not let us leave the pool with their pool towels. Got into the shower and the water pressure was so low that it wouldnt take the soap out of my hair until I knelt down in the tub and put my hair underneath the tub faucet. There were no guest bathrobes like the website advertised and I was afraid to ask for extra towels after the pool

About what you'd expect for a mid level casino hotel. Room was relatively clean, but in some disrepair (broken toilet paper holder. Broken hinge on mini fridge cabinet door). Sparrows were trying to build nests on the balcony walls. Food options were less than desirable. Mainly a food court. Steakhouse was akin to a Longhorn.

There was a half eaten cookie on the floor next to the bed when we checked in to our second room after our first rooms tv wasn’t working and we had to call twice to actually get someone to come up.

Check in was ok but got to the room and it didn’t have any soap or shampoo. Had to wait 45 minutes to get seated at restaurant and it wasn’t busy at all. There were 4 or 5 employees standing around doing nothing instead of taking care of customers. Played craps and employees were nice but extremely slow on placing bets and had difficulty figuring out how much to pay bets.

Good Stay

The hotel was nice. They had a small food court, closed early, though. Room was very nice, but it did get hot to where I had to wake up and take blankets off. But it was a spacious room and the bathroom was big. Shower leaked out, so needed to lay down extra towels. Overall, I enjoyed the room. It is far out and away from the town.
