It did not say that there was a deposit needed when I paid info online at the property. I needed to leave a deposit and staff member was very rude about it. The outside is filthy. The room is filthy. It's not up to date if I didn't pay already.I wouldn't have stayed

Awful motel

The first room we were put in smelled like smoke so I asked for a different room. The 2nd one smelled also so clearly something they use here smells awful to clean with. Do they even clean the rooms though??!! I then found stains & hair on the bedding & the bathtub was dirty too. I asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else but the guy said we couldn’t. All he could offer was us switching rooms for the third time. The pictures online make this look like a nice hotel with rooms inside but these open to the outside & the area seems sketchy. We slept awful. The beds were hard as a rock & had to take most the bedding off since had gross stains on it. Don’t waste your money at this place.

The room had not been cleaned in a long time. Food crumbs, pieces of candy, and a food wrapper were left along the baseboards and under the bed. A small bug was in the folded towels. Strands of someone's hair were on the pillow case. The TV and refrigerator were plugged into an outlet splitter without a circuit breaker, which is a fire hazard. I notified the front desk clerk and she was concerned about the insect in the towels. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone unless their staff puts substantial effort into cleaning and fire safety.

There was construction, outdated rooms. The curtains did not close all the way. The breakfast was not good. There was no protein for those that can’t eat a bunch of sugar and carbs.

Wyndham is not trustworthy anymore.

The place is just OK, the price seems to be very high for the little you get, and the breakfast they include is a joke, just waffles coffee cereals in a few different breads, and bagels.
