The room was NOT AT ALL what was pictured on the website. It was small and dark and VERY uninviting, and I did not feel that I would be comfortable staying there. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if all the rooms were the same, to see about moving to a different room. He had been pleasant enough when I was checking in but was not helpful in trying to offer another room where I may have been more comfortable. I ultimately ended up leaving because I absolutely did not want to spend a night in that room.

The room doesn't look like it has been updated since the 90's. I appreciate having special rooms for dogs, but when I pay extra for a room because I have dogs, I expect to be in a room equally as nice as the ones if I didn't have a dog. The room looked nothing liked advertised when I reserved the room. The sheets were dingy, the beds uncomfortable, the bathtub had cigarette burns on the edge, the fridge didn't work, there was no soap to be found in the room, the floor was sticky and dirty and there were two dim lights. Breakfast was not much more than bread.

The switch next to the entrance door had a electrical short and there was dry blood on the wall behind the door. Parking lot was dirty and the property seemed to decline since the last time we were there. The breakfast menu was cut down. I waited at the front desk for awhile before check out no one present.
