The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials needed to prepare your favorite family recipes. Additionally, a coffee maker, rice maker/slow cooker, toaster, and blender are available for you to whip up any recipe you can imagine. With ample seating, everyone in your group can enjoy meals together. The kitchen features stools that seats two and a formal dining room seating for 8.

QUIET HOURS: STRICTLY ENFORCED 9:00PM - 7:00AM. Please respect our neighbors, community, and those around you. This house is in a great neighborhood in Albuquerque. The City mandates quiet hours begin at 9PM, so noise must be minimal after that time. Violating this rule can result in immediate removal. Noise detectors are installed to monitor excessive noise, and appropriate action will be taken if necessary. Parties are strictly prohibited. Gatherings of more than 20 people, including registered guests, are prohibited by Albuquerque regulations. Notify hosts of any visitors over the registered number of guests; all visitors must leave before quiet hours.

PARKING: Ample parking space for 6 Cars on Driveway/In Garage. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PER NEIGHBORHOOD RULES.

PETS: DOGS ONLY allowed at an additional pet fee of $249 Per Pet for your entire stay, MAX 2 Pets. If bringing more than one pet, once booked we will send you a request through the platform to cover the additional pet fee. You are responsible for any damages, so please only bring trained dogs, no puppies! You are responsible for bringing doggy bags, and picking up all their waste. SEE RULES

CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT: Check-In starts at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM, and is strictly enforced to allow time to prepare for our next guests.
POOL: Our Private Pool is open from April-October. *DO NOT USE DIVING BOARD*

GRILL: Please clean THOROUGHLY after use. Gas canisters will be on the property but may need to be refilled. The local Walmart is less than 5 minutes away, and you can exchange tanks. We will reimburse the cost (~$20).

YOUR SAFETY: For your safety and privacy, we have installed exterior security cameras facing the front of the house, but no cameras or recording devices are located anywhere else on the property. We’ve also installed smart locks. Please be aware of a fire hazard with the electric heaters and make sure to turn them off after use and keep children away from them! In addition, make sure anyone under the age of 18 is monitored at all times when using the pool/hot tub. By booking, you acknowledge and consent that the hosts are not liable for any injuries incurred during your stay.
