TLDR: I stayed in a standard room on the second floor.
If you just need a comfy bed to crash this works!
PROS: Room was clean, staff was nice and professional, shower and AC worked great.
CONS: The tiny fridge didn’t work, room is basically only space to fit the bed so you will climb in from the bottom.
None of their windows are operable, this is to save energy on AC, fine. But if you like natural light or a view to the outside book early and call ahead. Having looked at their floorplans on each floor, at least half of their rooms are interior and only have windows that look into the glass elevator shaft for daylight. Due to lack of privacy every room has their blinds closed, which means 0 natural light. This is also less than ideal for noise with an elevator + cleaning cart + suitcases bouncing on a metal grate floor approx. 10cm from your pillow through 1 pane of glass.
