I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise! "Amazing location… right by Rialto bridge, water taxi and gondolier. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean, but up a lot of winding stairs (elevator only went up one level). Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Recommend. "

"conveniently close to St Mark’s square, u have to go thru a bridge to get the hotel. accessible to everything. 5 mins away fr San Marco Giardenetti Vaporetto stop. hotel lobby and breakfast being served is superb, lots of variety. Room we had was 308 needs some renovating, dim light but bathroom is clean with good water pressure"
