"I had a wonderful stay at The Clermont Hotel in Victoria. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of character, and the location is very convenient for visiting London. My room was lovely and comfortable, and I really enjoyed both The Soak restaurant and the breakfast buffet, which were great quality. The service throughout my stay was excellent, but I especially want to thank Lavinia. She was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, and made my stay feel very special. During my first visit, she gave me great recommendations for places to visit in London, and we had a lovely conversation about travel. When I returned for a second stay, she remembered me and even sent champagne to my room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! I would happily stay at The Clermont Victoria again and recommend it to anyone visiting London."
