Welcome to S'Lumber Party, a breathtaking lakefront log cabin located on the serene shores of Lake Annaâs private side. This stunning retreat blends modern luxury with the tranquil charm of lakeside living, offering unforgettable views and exceptional amenities for an incredible vacation experience.
The great room welcomes you with soaring vaulted ceilings, a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass showcasing panoramic lake views, and a beautiful stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is a chefâs dream, complete with a breakfast bar, center island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. Wide plank hardwood flooring flows throughout the home, adding warmth and rustic elegance.
This spacious log cabin boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across 3 levels, designed to provide both comfort and privacy for your group:
âą 1 Primary Suite (Main Level): King bed, en suite with jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and private deck access overlooking the lake.
âą 2 Bedroom Suites (Upper Level): Each suite features a queen bed, twin daybed, and a private en suite bathroom with walk-in showers and large vanities.
âą 2 Bedrooms (Lake Level): Both feature king beds and share a hall full bath. The lake-level also includes a large recreation room with a Smart TV, foosball table, and direct walk-out access to the yard and lake.
Outdoors, the homeâs expansive deck is perfect for dining, lounging, and enjoying stunning sunsets over the water. The private boathouse is a true highlight, featuring composite decking, a screened-in seating area, and an open sun deck for soaking up the sun. With over 165 feet of bulkheaded shoreline and a private sandy beach, the waterfront offers multiple boat tie-up options and deep-water access for swimming and water sports.

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!
We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
Lakewood Landing is a premier waterfront residential neighborhood community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to our homes private boat launch.
If thereâs something you need and it's not listed, please ask for more information!

- Tenants are responsible for compliance with Louisa County Noise Ordinance.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Tenants are responsible for compliance with Louisa County Short Term Rental Requirements.
- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles on the Property. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) NO PARKING off property and specifically on Lakewood Land Drive or Sunrise Court.
- Renters are NOT permitted to use the Neighborhood common area or boat launch.
- Renters with pets must maintain control of or leash pets when not on the Property and within the neighborhood. Renter is responsible for picking up and disposal of Pet waste.
- Lakewood Landing is a neighborhood community with many children, please observe all speed limits and drive carefully through the neighborhood.
- Access to the Garage is prohibited.
- Access to the Boat or Boat Lift is prohibited.
- Access to the Boat Ramp is permitted only with a signed waiver.
- No Smoking
- Property is on a Septic System. Please observe all posted signs about disposal of waste.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
