Pack up the whole family and make your way to your own private retreat here in Bumpass! This charming escapade is now under new ownership and has been recently upgraded to provide you with the best vacation spot. With tall ceilings, uninterrupted lake views, a volleyball court, and a fully equipped game room, there will be no lack of fun to be had on this trip. Spend long days on the water or simply relax with a favorite drink on the spacious deck in the summer sun. When everyone builds up an appetite, the chef of the group can head into the full kitchen and whip up a delicious meal as the colors of the sunset reflect off of the rippling water. When everyone is tuckered out, the sectional sofa is the perfect spot for a movie night in the living area. Board games and an Xbox gaming system are also available for some late-night competition. Additional perks include four single kayaks, one double kayak, one canoe with life jackets, and a game room with foosball, Ping-Pong, and a pool table.

Tucked away in the trees along the shore of Lake Anna, this home away from home will feel like your own private paradise! With a private dock and boat launch mere steps from the back door, a day of kayaking, fishing, swimming, and boating will be a breeze. If you want a break from the lake, the adults of the group can indulge in a bar crawl at Lake Anna Winery, Coyote Hole Cidery, Cooling Pond Brewery, and Lake Anna Taphouse! Not to mention, the nearby hiking trails offer gorgeous views of the lake and foliage that this area is known for.

For those with younger guests, two of the bedroom closets (including the one in the main bedroom) are very large and can easily accommodate an assembled Pack-N-Play for those who want a small, adjacent nursery.

Great vacation home!!

This is perfect for a family get away. Right on the water, had all the necessities in the kitchen, and very clean. Kids especially Loved the 2 provided kayaks and the large sand/beach area.

Great place to stay. It was great to be right on the lake with plenty of space for our entire group. However, the code we received to get into the property was incorrect. We had to call the rental company to gain access to the home.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This house was perfect for a group of friends to get away for the weekend! The house was very clean and well furnished. The view was excellent and we really enjoyed our time at Lake Anna!

Nice Place

Nice location, clean, in a quiet area of lake anna. The beds could be a bit bigger for the adults and the kitchen needs an update in regards to cutlery and pots and pans but besides that we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family getaway was fabulous from the arrival with a UNC flag hanging to the departure with the cleaning crew ensuring I was confident on how to leave the key. Every detail of living and experiencing the lake and comfy living has been thought of. We cooked in, slept with comfort, awoke to scenic views and always had a choice in activity. Absolutely fabulous stay. Beautiful home that felt very clean. Be aware the dock is a bit on the older side so lots of splinters will be happening. We could not have asked for a more pleasant hike and stay!

We loved spending 4 nights at paradise pointe! We enjoy the beautiful lake and clean house that accommodates 10. Make sure to bring extra pots if you plan to cook and coffee filters otherwise kitchen was stocked up!

Wonderful Stay

The house has an amazing view of the lake with a lot of amenities for your enjoyment, canoes, kayak, ping pong table, foosball, badminton, and volleyball. The check in process was contactless and easy. The house was clean for the most part. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent Vacation!

Wonderful house and very comfortable. Love the master bedroom on the main floor as my husband uses a walker and was able to access the home and have everything needed all on one floor while my son and family had the use of the entire lower level. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Great house for kids with plenty of room. Kayaks at the house made it a fun time on the lake. Kids fished off the dock and caught 213 fish in total 210 bluegill and 3-2+Lb largemouth bass in the 7 days we were there.

Great stay.

Carolina Cove was very accommodating for our family of 5 adults and 4 children. We loved all the extras, like the playroom with toys, the game room with pingpong, volleyballnet, and especially the kayaks!! The dock is large, partially shaded and with the extra beach area a wonderful place to hang out. The shallow area made it great for our little ones to play safely as well as bringing the kayaks in and out. We enjoyed the spaciousness of all the rooms! Much was provided like extra chairs, plenty of kitchen ware, soaps and shampoos etc. Beautiful views of the lake, great sunsets. Would definitely recommend !

House and views are gorgeous!

The house was spacious, inviting, and clean. Every room has a great view of the lake and has a sliding glass door that opens up to the back (might be something you need to plan for if you have very young children, as the secondary bedrooms are downstairs and the master is upstairs). The beach by the lake was great as well. There was plenty to do inside and out and we wished we'd stayed one more night.

The best of Lake Anna

Carolina Cove has everything you could possibly want for the perfect Lake Anna stay. Kayaks, a beautiful lake view, fire pit, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for a large group to gather and socialize. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The Vacasa representative was responsive. I have stayed in lots of short term rentals at Lake Anna over the years and this was by far my favorite one! I hope to be able to return again in the future.

Wish it was mine!

Beautiful location! The house is perfect with enough space for the family to spread out. The bedrooms and game room downstairs are perfect for teenagers or a second family. Convenient access to the lake from your lawn. We loved the kayaks. Highly recommended! You will love it.

Lake Anna relaxation

The house and dock are amazing! The view and sunsets are top notch. There is a slight hill that will definitely get you to feel muscles you haven’t used all winter. We didn’t use the kayaks due to shoulder injury , but it’s there if wanted! The tv was a little strange as it’s mostly streaming. We don’t have that at my home, but it was fine. We will come back again.

Great sloping lot to the lake with beach area and shallow water children could play in. Nice Sandy water front spot. Lots of kayaks and floats. Downstairs equipped with games/activities. Upstairs had lots of toys games for young children. Open floor plan nice for family gatherings.

The property fit our family well. The space allowed for mingling or solitude. We like to cook and took advantage of having a kitchen. There was enough space to eat together at the dining room table. That is important to us as a family. The lake was a bonus and everyone swam.
