Overall, it was a good stay. Host was very responsive when contacted. The fire pit was nice, the hot tub was cloudy upon arrival, but the second day in the morning some guys came to shock it, it was minimally cloudy after that. The game room was nice; the joystick for pac man was sticking so it was a little disappointing. It could use a TV for sports while playing games. The HVAC system made the master bedroom on the main floor over compensated compared to the rest of the house whether AC or Heat was used, a balancing is needed. The well water smelled gross coming out of the shower and while brushing teeth tasted nasty; a filtration system is recommended. Wouldn't drink it if you paid me. Many of the screws heads were sticking out above the deck boards. Some deck boards were rotten, there were some loose deck boards that were replaced but not properly installed and were loose or screws heads sticking out the top. There were leaves all over the shoreline that were decaying, and smelled pretty bad. It made it difficult to access the water The Kayak was maximum weight of 150 pounds. perhaps a larger one, and vests. The key pad lock to the house didn't work, so we had to leave the door unlocked. The garage side deck light was rapidly flashing when turned on. It was great having access to the laundry, and plenty of beds, though the bunk bed kids said they were very springy. Great sunrises home dock, and sunsets from common area private lake side. Thanks for a Great time regardless
