I emailed the hotel three days before our arrival to request basic essentials like enough pillows, towels, and toiletries for five people, but never received a reply. At check-in, I mentioned this to the staff member, who laughed and said the email went to general management, which I didn’t find funny, as management should care the most about providing excellent service. Unfortunately, the room was indeed understocked: just one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for five guests. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was very disappointing.

Cute and looked clean. Carpet in our room was atrociously stained. A good steam clean is needed for sure jn that room. Other common areas were clean. I know its a country theme but some newer curtains and decor is needed. We booked last minute coming into Calgary and paid almost $500. Not worth it. Considering we stayed in BC earlier in the week and paid 500 for 2 nights.

Nothing to like or dislike. It is a standard travellers hotel near airport. No surprises to turn me off. I have stayed there on occassion for over 15 years. Will likely return when in Calgary.

This was a great hotel, from rooms, facilities, pool, hot tub, beds and pillows were comfortable! It was close to everything we were visiting like the zoo, shopping, and restaurants. We went with 6 people and we all loved it!!
