Terrible experience

This hotel was under construction in the lobby when I stayed there but there was no indication of that when I booked. I booked it specifically so that my kids could use the pool and waterslide. The hot tub jets were not working so it was like sitting in a warm pool of stagnant water with strangers. The waterslide was not working as there was no water running down it so it couldn't be used. The lights in the pool were dim and/or off so it was just this dark room with nothing working in it. I told the front desk about it and they said they would be right there to assess everything but they never came. We stayed there for about 20 minutes waiting and left because it was uncomfortable.

unjust enrichment

When i first got to the hotel, i heard the manager complaining about guests coming in. The pool had private swimming lessons so it was uncomfortable going swimming. when i left i was charged $35 for a towel that had liquid on it. i felt embarrassed and mortified that they made me stand there and wait 10 mins while they looked around the room i stayed in to find a minor something to charge me with. the towel is bleached and washed after each use. management used a broken cup theory to justify why they would have to charge so much, which i might add they only had disposable cups. did they check all other un indigenous guests rooms like they did mine?

Do NOT stay at this hotel, horrible customer service and overall not a great place. Our family was just there for a week and after the first night we wanted to leave. Night one , there was dried blood (brownish-red) stain on the sheets on one of the beds, had to ask for new sheets. We were a family of 4 staying in a 2 queen bed room and there was only ever 2 towels left in the bathroom, we had to ask for towels everyday. One day after the room was cleaned one of the beds only had a comforter and pillows, no fitted sheet or sheets were on the bed, I had to ask the reception for a fitted sheet and sheets and had to strip and make our own bed. The pool never had towels, our family and everyone that used the pool had to leave soaking wet through the hall and ask for pool towels at reception, also two days a week the hotel rents the pool out a swim school and the pool is not usable while the school is there because there are so many swim instructors and students ( this is not noted on the hotel website or through Expedia) and there is not sign up in the pool or hotel. While mistakes happen and not every hotel experience is great, there was just so many issues with this place and the staff never seemed to care about it.
