The view of the river was absolutely amazing, and the host was always quick to respond, which I appreciated. The easy self check-in was also a plus.Itâs kind of sad, because this apartment could have so much potential, but unfortunately itâs not well maintained. There were numerous stains on the floor, broken tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, and poorly patched holes in the door. The bedding had holes, and the towels were dirty and still wet, so I had to wash them before using them. The kitchen had only the very basics, and the overall cleanliness was lacking â I even found belongings from previous tenants behind the couch.The location also comes with challenges, as thereâs a drop-in center around the corner. I saw homeless individuals in the area, including one searching through the garbage bin outside for food. Some other tenants had loud parties all night, and traffic noise was constant, so light sleepers might find it difficult to rest.Sadly, despite the great view, responsive host, and easy check-in, I wouldnât stay here again.
