We liked the options served in the breakfast. It was adequate and had variety. The breakfast lady was nice and made vegetarian omelette for us on the day when there was Bacon omelette on the menu. Nice small exercise area and was clean. The pool was clean. What we did not like is the sofa bed. It's advertised that room can accomodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed meant for 2 people was really springy and horrible to sleep on. No one could really on the sofa bed. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made and had hair all over the sofa. We asked to clean. They made the bed with no extra pillow or duvet. The hair were still there. We called again and was told supervisor permission is needed and only the thin blanket comes with the sofa duvet. We finally got the duvet and pillow but shouldn't have to make that many calls. The hair on the sofa and crumb were always on the floor and sofa bed until we left from our 5 night visit. I don't think they vacuum. They also had younge girls / boys stay on our floor and they were having a party all night. No one could sleep. There was no noise control. Overall I give my stay a 3 stars mainly because the breakfast options was satisfying otherwise 2.

Awkward.

Didn't like that the Shampoo, ect was situated on the wall of the shower. My wife & I like to have a bath after a long flight or car trip,so you have to stand up to get to the shampoo, ect. We have disabilites, so it was awkward to getup & down. before you had small bars of soap,& bottles of shampoo, etc, so it would have been nice to have these handy.

Great Hotel

We stayed in the 2 kind bed kitchen room. The room was massive and had plenty of space for everyone. The hotel staff were super accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great, pool and hot tub was clean and a great way to relax.

It was a great trip. Staff was exceptionally helpful. I had a lot of requests. Even lengthened the trip for one more night. They did them all!! TVs brightness was dark so watching TV in the room we had was terrible. However kids had stuff to entertain them. We ordered room service each night. The food from the restaurant across from the hotel was incredible. Would definitely stay here again!!
