Spread across 21 private acres, this exceptional estate offers two stunning homes—The Carly Fern Lodge and The Carly Hummingbird Cottage—surrounded by towering trees, thoughtfully restored meadows, peaceful trails, and an entire lake perfect for fishing, paddling, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of nature.



Together, these two homes offer 9 exquisitely designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal destination for family gatherings, friend reunions, corporate retreats, or special celebrations. Every room, corner, and pathway has been intentionally created to foster connection, comfort, and calm—with a touch of magic throughout.

We just had a spectacular Thanksgiving 4 day weekend at The Carly. It totally blew my expectations away. Because of the spacious layout of the interiors and the beautiful park-like grounds themselves everyone, was free to have their own fun without intruding on others. Magical Team Getaway

What an exceptional property! I hosted a small team for an offsite at The Carly over 2 days, and can't rave enough about the experience. Every detail of the property has been meticulously designed and planned, with beauty all around. The setting is stunning, the property is vast with so much room to explore, and the houses felt like the homes we all want to live in! My team couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the experience overall. It was the perfect setting to appreciate nature, connect with our team, and workshop the future.
