Liked the convenient location and reasonable cost of this historic hotel. Five elevators meant never a long wait to come and go. Housekeeping service was great as well. Very safe area even when coming in late in the evening.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of very many places of interest, clean, comfortable beds. The only problem we had was that our a/c was not working properly, they sent the maintenance guy to come and fix it, he said he fixed it but it still wasn’t working, they sent someone again while we were out exploring and said it was fixed again but it just didnt cool as great as we had hoped. Room 2021. Other than that little hiccup it was a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay there again in the future

Location is good. The double rooms are too tight, not recommendable for families with kids. No space for luggage, fridge capacity can fit 8- 16oz bottle water. For the price, not worth it.

Love the central location and comfy beds. Do wish they had a permanent door man at the desk, he’s running doing other things and isn’t there a lot to even direct you upstairs to check in. Also please fit the elevators, over the last 4 years we have stayed here and they are getting worse and worse.

Warwick Allerton is always our go to for Chicago. It’s a beautiful historic hotel. Basic amenities but that’s all we need. Can’t beat the location. Close to shopping, public transportation, the river, and parks. Will always stay there.

This is a beautiful, solid, classic hotel. Everything is just right - not too much and not too little. Coffee was drip, ceilings are coffered. I don’t want fancy machines that don’t work, nor thin walls and boring architecture; the Warwick is perfectly classy. And very good service.

Downtown Gem

Cafe is not really a restaurant. Starbucks is nearby and Wild Berry is a short walk. The hotel is in a great location. We loved staying there. The room is large, and the people working there are very friendly.
